Hi,
I had my MCSE in 2000, its 10 years, now I am planning to gor for CCNA.
Any advise please.

it is good start for cisco
I went to yorkdale adult centre at orfus road
and completed two sections and got my ccent certification from cisco
since last july 09 so far no interview on that basis at all
so far it is aug 2010
so here are my two cents

I m planning to jon Humber from this season, as u say good start, yes it is. I dont want to spent more on Microsoft.
any ccna's on the forum please respond. does ccna certification help in getting job ?

Seriously doubt if CCNA is worth much these days. As they say, it is just a START. Surely not enough, on its own, to get your 'foot in the door'. I doubt if even CCNP is worth a lot these days also as there are just too many of them out there.
Go on to do CCVP, or CCIE and you'd have a few chances of interviews.
Not meant to discourage but encouraging you to not stop at CCNA and do more specializations in tougher topics.
