Hello CDs,
There are many posts about saving commission from realtor/salesperson. My question is little different. Regardless to sharing commission, if I feel my realtor helped me and provided good service, how do I give him appreciation upon successful closing?
Thank-you card? Gift etc? Hope will get some good ideas. Again this is not about money but to express thanks. Also, pl share what you would personally do in this case?
Thanks in adv
Hi frnd;
This is an uncommon but nice thing to do. So, instead your realtor giving some gift to you (a common practice) you want to do that. Seems you really got very nice services in the process. frnd is also read as 'Friend' in old MUNEEMI language.

Jokes apart , a gift card/voucher would be nice idea . Almost all stores have it and there s freedom to choose .
Also , please share the contact details (if you are comfortable ) in the thread ( Recommendations / Cautions for Home Inspectors / Lawyers / Inspectors ) .. This might help prospective readers as well as the realtor himself .

Guys, Thanks for comments still looking for some ideas. Well, I am not working with any realtor yet (may be shortly) but this thought popped up in my mind while I was reading some of the other threads also this will help in near future.
Giving reference to others is the best thing they would like.
