Is it possible to apply for canadian citizenship for minor children after parents stay in Canada for 1095 days in last four years?
or is it mandatory for one of the parent to apply along with minor children?

When they are permitting adopted children from another country a Canadian Citizenship, prior to arrival, I don't see any difficulty in saying that they will be provided with a citizenship status after the stay in Canada for 1095 days and then qualifying for it.
Here is some thing that they are trying to do in the future to the next generation of Canadians born outside Canada. "Bill C-37".

I don't know about adopted kids. However, in order to apply for citizenship for a minor, one of the parents must be a Cdn citizen or should apply for citizenship along with the minor. However, a minor does not need to fulfill the 1095 day requirement.

NO. They do not confer a Citizenship status upon a child who is under 18 years of age if an application is not made together with the parent.
One of the Parents has to apply and include the child together with their application.
If the child is a minor and under 14, then no need to take the oath. If above 14, then, can take the oath together with the Parent at the ceremony.
