Another area for which Id like to know is Kennedy / Linkdale ... Kingswood Dr ... anything good / bad about the area .. am able to spot a good property / price but not sure of the neighborhood .. Appreciate comments ...

I live close by at the Lakelands Village , just north of the area you mentioned.
My son in fact goes to Kingswood Drive Public School.
My personal view area South of Williams Pkwy is not good. Older houses , I do not get good vibes there, I travel on Kennedy Road every day, in fact when I first landed in Canada, I stayed at a house opposite to linkdale road at Townsend gate for close to 2 months.
To see what I mean go to the Coffee time plaza just north of Queen on Kennedy Road and to the Central Peel School and you will see what I mean. Lots of drugs at the Coffee time plaza, plus rental properties on Kennedy road on that strech do not make the are safe in my opinon
You may want to look at houses north of Williams Parkway .
Anyway this is my presonal opinion.
Let me know your observations on this forum for all CD's to share.

I thank you for your ardent and prompt response ... I would not have been able to confirm my suspicion other wise .... At the first glance even I did not find the people around to my expectations though I am still to confirm it .....

I am a bit confused and dont know what to do - I would like some more feedback and advice from those expert.....................Should i buy a condo townhome around winston churchill, or a townhouse in brampton--my budget is 290000 dollars.
And i had seen some project coming soon in brampton, around castlemore (mattamy) and also mount pleasant- any idea about these location since i have a child
And also i had seen some construction too on bramlea and sandalwood - is it safe area, i would like to mingle more with desis than black community ( i dont have any racist comment on them) but thats my choice as i would like to see desis stores around that area.

Although I personally dont prefer townhouse, assuming you are neutral towards that.... given the choice between Miss/bram, and if it fits in your budget I would suggest go with Mississauga TH....

I just bought a house very close to mount pleasant area.... I think you are referring to upcoming mattamy township just north of bovaird... The area west of chingcousy and between 'Steels and Bovaird' is a very good new development ... this particular mattamy township is very close to GO station (if commute to Toronto is a concern)....... neighbourhood seem mix of all cultures ... no doubt our southasea dominates here :-) ......

.... given your preference above, I would recommend you stay south of sandalwood ...
