Thank you Massood, so kind of you, we just hope that everything works well,
I was wondering if anyone could tell me about some good radio stations based in Vancouver area, I tried the net, got a list of stations, recommendations would be appreciated.

just want to get used to the Canadian accent (and would love to listen to some good music aswell), will also like to check some Asian stations if any.

Massood, I'm only quoting what people have told me about Vancouver weather, no offense meant .

When I landed here in Canada, I got an offer in Vancouver and had about 3 offers in Toronto. I seriously contemplated ditching the Toronto ones and coming to Vancouver, because my uncle who had been there before described it to me as if it was heaven on earth. Then I went on the net and asked around about the weather and was told it rains there most of the time and skies are mostly overcast. That really was the only factor that prevented me from moving.

But now when I see a carpet of snow everywhere (my apt. is on the 15th floor and have a nice view), I sometimes wish I had come to Vancouver. And I just might someday, just not now.

In any case, I'm planning to visit this summer, that should be a nice preview.
