jobsindubai.com is fake. My friend lost 1200 USD thru them. BTW, even the biggest , most reputed ones also collect registration fees in Dubai.

How many times did you try to appeal for law / legal help in those 10 years ??
I m sure here s law but expats are afraid to seek it . This is based upon my own stay here for 6 years now.

Speaking of laws, can you also shed some light on this... where if you resign from an employer than the reserve the right to ban you from gaining employment anywhere in Dubai for the following 6 months? What are the guidelines that make up this law? Or where can I find out more about it? So far, google hasn't helped much in this case.
I did read smthing regarding this in Khaleej Times legal helpline or prob it was Gulf-News . Please browse the archives of both and I hope u shall find ur answers in addition to others who may answer them.
