I send the electronic fingerprints to RCMP for citizenship about 2 months back but still awaiting the results. Whenever I called CIC they told me they have no idea about the fingerprints because they were send directly to RCMP via electronic mail. Now I don't know what to do because I even don't know that whether the fingerprints were received by RCMP or not and also if received how long they take to respond?
