Yes, I certainly have noticed the "free-fall" of Canada from 1 to 7 in last 4 years. When I came here in 2000 and was driving around, I always used to think "Hey!!! I feel like I'm driving in the #1 country in the world!". Couple of year back, it was "Hey! Look at how the roads been left unplowed today! This don't feel like no #1, it feels more like umm...#3." Yesterday though, was the height of it. This guy cut me off on the road and I was like "Waitaminute!! This is not what I read in the brochure. Its definately #7 today, should I ask for a refund from CIC?"
My life has degraded significantly because of this "free-fall" and I'm not able to sleep at nights. I'm contemplating moving to Finland soon. And I'll ask Garvo if we can start a http://www.finlandianDesi.com" rel="nofollow">LINK and englighten people with articles from "The Helsinki Star", since http://www.helsikinistar.com" rel="nofollow">LINK is very difficult to access directly.
