RBC(royal bank) is good but their ATM n/w is not as widespread as of TD bank.

One point someone mentioned in an earlier thread was that while banks like PC Financial, or internet banks. might have lower min balance limits the lack of branches might cause problems when actually have to visit a branch - which will be more often when you're a new immigrant.

I would like to know though, how are CIBC's services better than PC ?
Can you please throw some light on this ??
(personally, i have an account with CIBC too, although I am not too pleased with their services, and once, i have even made them pay me an interest of 24 % per annum on something they screwed up)

Hi,
Open a a/c with any bank but not CIBC they have the worst customer service when you are talking to them it is like banging your head against a brick wall.
I had a very bad experience with them.
