Dear Chandresh,

As an individual, I understand and appreciate your and your friend’s concerns.. Your friend’s father has to go through the entire process of family class sponsorships and bear with delay at CHC. I am afraid at there is no shortcut.

But he should apply for visitor's visa for his father. Once he is in Canada, he may try his luck for in landing process. But in view of present regulations, sometimes, in landing process is also very difficult for such cases..

As you know the case has to be processed and got approved from CIC Mississauga first and then apply at CHC New Delhi and wait for his turn.
