*applied for my fathers Vistors/tourist visa in 2005 march when i got my immigration visa to Canada
* visa rejected on grounds of lack of insufficent funds in India and no proper support in canada
*migrated to Canada on aug 2005 with wife and 2 kids
*applied again for my fathers vistor/tourist visa in month of june 2006
*showed my job and bal in the bank and took the responsibilty with travel and stay expensenses

***my fathers age is 80 years only family member in India ... no brothers sisters alive .... and I m the only son,, he is physically fits never travel before out of India but wishes to travel his last to see me sucessfully/happily staying in Canada and want to go back to India .
did not applied before for immigration as they had given promises and hopes to get him a vistor visa once i get immigration .. there is no one who can add false funds to my fathers acc to show enough funds in india ****
guide me help me please...... ready to sign any contract and deed for him

it is really very dissapointing that there is no solution for my plb from my friends

How much fund did you show with him in India ? , How much funds did you show in your accounts and what is thge earning you have declared.

Do provide the details , we should be able to find some way out

--i had shown my job letter here in canada (gross annual income 26,000 $cdn)
--shown approx of $17,000 cdn in bank
--proof of children going to school
--travell ticket from india and return from canada to India
--approx 1lac rupees in Indian bank which is approx $2400 cdn
--property in India worth Rs40 lacs approx 96,000cdn $

The following also needs to be arranged for

1- Rent Agreement copies attached to property shown so as to show contionous income.

2- Income Tax Returnd for the last 3 years showinh Income Tax Returns
3-Rent Receipts or rent flow in dads account
4- arrange for some FD in Dads name in india with extended maturity period

The above will show that there is a source of income in India, that besides property there are FDs also in his name.

Further check arund in Canada there..........should be more alternatives of inviting him........keep the progress updated
