I have PR card i will be travelling to india for just one month. since i was accepted here as a convention refugee and than, I got my PR card. My quention is that is there will be any problem for me to re-enter canada. Since i came here as a refugee and now going back to india again. I heard a lot of ppl saying that u should,t travel till u get ur citizenship. Any suggestion will be appreciated.

As long as u have ur PR card with you, there wont be any problem in going to India and returning back.
You are legally accepted and this is why given PR card,
can you answer this question assuming it comes from an immigration officer hile returning to Canada .
'You have come to Canada as a refugee to escape persecution from the country you hail from. Why would you go back to the same country with your own free will and how could you return safely , when you mentioned in your refugee application that you will be persecuted if sent back to that country ..?
Why ?
unless ofcourse the refugee status is claimed on falsifications..

So many Sri Lankans are in Canada as refugees turned PR Holders/ Cdn. Citizens. Are these people barred from going to their country for a visit? Almost all of them visit their motherland (Sri Lanka) atleast once in 2 years.
When they can, Why canot an Indian (refugee claimant) visit India?.
Maybe if the refugee claiment is from J&K, this time the individual may want to travel to Delhi to meet his family members.
I am not answering the question if an PR holding refugee claimant is allowed to visit his home country, but only that many Sri lankans (PR Holders and Cdn. Citizens) do that.
