What I understood based on my experience and feedbackes from my friends in Canada following are some of the main reasons of staying away from our home country and migrating to Canada
(1)Got frustrated with job in home country (could be problem with Boss,Subordinate, not promoted, not getting appreciation etc etc)
(2)Thiniking very high about western Countries ...mainly culture, work environment etc etc ...normally moral is high before leaving home country so always stongly belive that I'll prove myself there!!!!
(3)To avoid family related problems(may be with parents,in laws etc etc...thinking staying away and visiting them once a year is better than staying together with conflict!!!!)
(4) For better future of children(lot of peaple are ready to sacrify their career for this thinking there son/daughter easily will be able to get Higher education in good USA university)
(5)Relatives are already settled and want to live togeher(This is a good idea anyway and if your relatives run family business even better!!)
The problem is whenever we talk about initial struggle in Canada,Labour job etc etc we all miss one important point
This initial stuggle may be for couple of years. But if you want to establish yourself you need to add Candain education in your profile and that education is not only academic education you need hands on training/experience also.I know some of my friends in Canada who initially struggled but could manage to get decent jobs within 2-3 years.I don't think engineers who added Canadian education/experience still working as a security guard,Weight lifter even after 8-10 years!!
Even in India I have some of my Engineering college friend ,they are working in non IT manufacturing areas and hardly got any good break there. So logic is simple you need to work hard and need little bit luck to achieve your goal!!!
This is purely my understanding .. will appreciate others feedback
