I was told that house of 3 BHK with 2 baths are list just for 50000 to $
60000 near humber college, North campus.I wonder why the price of the house is so low. some has finished basement and some are ground level+1.
can all the real estate agents on the forum please comment on this.

Houses are getting sold in 1-3 days, sometimes above asking price.
You can go to MLS.ca, zoom in on the location and see for yourself if the property still exits. If it was recent, the listing may still be there even if sold.

Sometime Agent post lowest price possible and set a date for bedding... dont get trap into asking price, house will have multiple offers and will sold at higher price then market... unless property is really in bad shape but still u cant get it at that price,,,, investor will buy house based on land and area price.

these can sometimes refer to lease hold town houses in dilapidated condition with $ 761 a month maint. charge or some dilapidated bungalow in village north of the humber college north campus.
In no way will it be decent or ever worth its price. Generally, the price depriciates for any properties like this.

Those are looks like condominium townhouse... basically all house attached on single property.
Their maintenance fees are high and only cover outside structure, you have to pay city tax, utilities, etc...
They are very old and don’t have any resale value either.
