Breakfast at my desk: Sandwich, Bagel or donuts with Tea

Lunch: Roti, Sabzi, daal, Yogurt, and a desert (mainly sweet noodles... arey yaar... sewaiyaan...)

Anybody faced problems with strong smelling foods? Some of the Chinese or Indian foods leave a strong smell (or delicious aroma) when you open the boxes at lunch time. I wouldn't like to upset the fellow workers, mostly I'd go for a sandwich (or salad) from SubWay.

When i heat my desi food in the office microwave all the goras go "wow" that curry smells good. Can you give us the recipe .
