hi
as hre rules are changed for aplying for visit visa even the application for peramnent resisdence is in process my parents visit visa is got refused twice. is any body there to help me pls

depends why it was refused. The minister announced that sponsored parents/grand-parent would get multiple visas for 5 yrs but it is still a battle when it comes to the demi-god visa officers in New Delhi.
