Dear Mr.Massodji,

You might be very well aware that most of us (pre 2002 applicants) have received the 'Notice of Proposed Settlement of a Class Action Lawsuite....Rasolzadeh".

I've been advised to forward an "Opt Out Form" to one of the Counsel in Canada.

What are the pro's and con's of sending or particularly not sending this form.

FYI - have recently got an intimation from CHC(Delhi) about 'Interview Waiver". Does sending or not sending the above mentioned form hamper (or -ve effect) processing of my file.
