Hello Massood,

This is Durga Prasad from Guntur, Andhra Pradesh, India.

I have applied at New Delhi in 2000

I came from Singapore in the month of Feb 2004 for vacation.

I got my medicals and waiver in the month of April 2004 and i have submitted my passort to CHC in August 2004.

Since then, there is no decision from CHC, New Delhi.

My question is that i am unemployed since Feb 2004 and before to that iam having 3 years and 8 months of experience.

Since, i am unemployed from past 11 months, will there will be any rejection in my case.

I did one month computer course and passed two microsoft online exams during these 11 months.

Please answer me, whether there are any chances of rejection due to this umemployemnt period. I didn't joined anywhere, as i want to move immediately to canada and just waiting for my visa.

There is no rejection because of temporary unemployment.
At this stage, the only reasons for rejection can be if you falsified any information (I am sure you did not :) ) or if something very serious comes up in your background/security checks (they are also probably over by now).

In all probability, your case is simply waiting for the next BF date and when that comes, they will simply issue the landing papers.

Isn't it annoying how even when everything is done, you still have to wait simply because the file has gone back in the queue and must await its turn :(
