It is very frustrating. You have everything right. You can either wait or apply in Federal Court for a mandamus [which forces them to process your case in a timely manner]. If you applied in 2001, you should have received a notice asking you to choose to be processed under new law only or both old & new [whichever is favourable to you].

Atlast i got some reply from CHC regarding my case, i think, this is the reply to my three reminders which were sent to CHC.

The letter is as follows

We Acknowledge the receipt of your passport.

Your application is in the final stage of processing. It is anticipated that the final review of your file will be done in about three months. If at that time all requirements are met, it appears that we will at that time be in a position to issue visas valid until may 11, 2005.

Until that time you must keep us advised of any changes in your immediate family composition, e.g., births/deaths/mrriage/divorce, etc., as well as changed of residence/mailing address. Please note, however, that further inquires within the next couple of months regarding the status of your application would serve no purpose and would not be responded to.

I trust that this information responds to your inquiry.

I have completed medicals eight months back and it is ninth month running.

Still, you think, i shouldn't worried.

If there is any false information then i would have started worrying from day one of the applying for PR.

My application is very much fine and true.
