Medicals done and submitted - April 2003
Request for passport - Dec 23rd 2003
Passport Submitted - Feb 18 2004

I recently received a letter 3 days back at my india address
returning my passport along with
1. Medical Form First page which i guess needs to be signed by the
Medical examiner.
2. A letter requesting my passport again in order to continue the processing.


i am confused. it looks like i might have to do the medicals again.
If they wanted my passport again why did they return it in the first place.

I am in US and i am not sure if i can forward my medicals result through
a US Medical Examiner to CHC New Delhi. Because there is no way i can go
to india and that too just for medicals.

Mr. Masood,
please advise. this is getting longer and longer.

If any of you know of a medical examiner in California
pls let me know.

You can do your medicals in the US and someone can courier back your passport to CHC.

like i said after waiting for 3 months they sent my passport back to my india address.
Now if i send it again they will take another 3 months to reply. Can i send my friend or someone to CHC New Delhi carrying my passport and submitting it to them on the basis of an urgent request. Will they entertain Walk-in cases ?

I am just askin the above because my mom is supposed to fly in 2 months from india to US and she can carry my passport back to US where i live.

I spoke to the medical examiners in California and they said they would send the results of the Medical Exam to Canadian Embassy in San Francisco. But my case is filed in CHC New Delhi. So shall i go ahead and get my medical done and let them send the medical results to CHC San Francisco.

your advice would be highly appreciated.

Hi,

There is no canadian embassy in San Francisco. Normally, the medical results are sent to Ottawa by the doctors.

Pl. check with this doctor in SFO

The doctor should know that the results do NOT go to any embassy. - raajen is correct. follow his advice.
