Finally my time to say - Got It! For those interested, my timeline: Applied New Delhi Apr 2002. AOR May 2002, Medicals and Waiver June 2004, RPRF and Passports July 2004, and COPR and Visas July 31, 2004. Previous five visits to Canada as a visitor. i'm making it this time as an immigrant!

Congrats!
Can you tell us 2002 applicants when you submitted your new IRPA forms & IELTS results and also your profession, so that we get a better idea about your case processing. Also if possible the details like whether you used a consultant?

Ayaskant, Many thanks. I sure will share my landing experience.
Amulbvg, I filled up new IRPA forma and IELTS results in July 2003. I did it by myself. The only additional document that I attached was a positive opinion from HRDC, Canada for my arranged employment. Maybe, it sped my case? I do not know, frankly. Anyway, leaving Indian shores on the 8th Aug, 2004.:sur:
