chc new delhi

applyed :august 2001
file no : sept 2001
ielts requested : nov 2002
interview waived : march2003
medicals submitted: april 2003

after 8 and half months requested

photographs as well as present work experience requested : dec 2 nd week 2003
already submitted my passports and all other documents.

what would be the next step? already 9 months over 10 month running after medicals, when can i expect visa? will they issue the visa before 2 and half months of medicals expire? my medicals will expire in april 2004
any one with similar experience. advise me
