checking "VIEWS"

In this forum I see a heading called VIEWS. Could someone explain what does this mean and how does a user view the "VIEWS" if really these are posted.

Views tell you the number of reads on a post. If you write a post and view it 5 times, there will be 5 views on it.

Click on a section header to see all the posts under it. This will display the VIEWS in the table as well.

e.g. the Section header LIFE
