Answers to your questions (to my best knowledge)

1) If you're applying under the skilled worker category, you cannot include parents in your application. You can include family members which include a spouse, common-law partners or dependent children. Not parents, unfortunately.

See http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/guides/EG7.pdf page 18 for definition of family members with respect to the application process.

2) You only option is to come here and sponsor them. The process is long and right now may take anywhere from 3-5 years.
