Rasoi is not too bad....there is also some dosa place I can't remember the name of....I think there is one called Verandah, as well....

Wok with Yu is ok too! So there are a couple...

I find that as a whole, there's sh+tloads of restaurants in TO, but not too many good ones.... I mean, HOST is OK for their buffet and at least they have relatively clean washrooms!! Other than that...hmm.... not too much out there!

Recently tried Jaipur and it was alrite...

Anyone else found a decent place?

Brar is always good - i haven't tried the albion one, but the mississauga branch is very good in taste - especially if you like original indian style food it is good.

There is one in ajax - i think "everest" or something - not so good.

There a quit a few good places in Scarborough...

Federicks-the Chili Chicken is to die for..

Madras Palace- the best Mutton Biryani I have ever tasted in my life...its actually spin-off from a Hydrabadi Biryani.....

Lucky Chinese-order the vege chinese stuff here the best according vege people..Chili Tofu, Manchurian Tofu...

Hopper Hut-Kennedy and Ellesmere---Best Mutton Roles this side of Madras...and $1.00 for one...and this is a big sucker with plenty of mutton with potato..

Tanjore- This new take out place is creating waves...the price is good and the food bettter....(Markham and Lawrence)

Saravana Bhavan should be in Scarborough soon i guess. They are to open one in Scarborough.

Hi pramesh

Tanjore is located at the intersection of Lawrence Ave E & Markham Road, opposite to Cedarbrae Mall.

It is on the North west Corner of the intersection.

Tried Sunday Buffet Breakfast at Anjappar Chettinad located on Eglington Avenue and strongly recommend it.
