20,000 is not too much thesedays but you are in a smaller place (Jaipur). Smaller relatively speaking to Delhi-Bombay etc.....

Do you have only supervisory experience or is it hands-on? If it is the latter, AND you are lucky enough, you can hope to get employed. But you will need to get certified by the appropriate Canadian authority, and I do not know what it would be in your case, to practise your skill.

Again, will this opportunity provide you with experience in actual implementaion or will it be again only be managerial. If it is the former, then yes, your chances of finding suitable employment are better, depending of course on, again your luck, and on how good you are at the job.

I do not understand why you are not willing to switch over into this new opportunity, regardless of anything else. You already have 8 years experience in one area. Sticking to it will only add another couple of years to something you already have. Comparing that to getting exposed to SAP-PP, you will be adding to your skill set something that is quite well in demand. Therefore, IMO, you should take up the SAP thing in any case. It can only make things better.

3.I am planning to take Six sigma certification from American Society of Quality . will it help me to get a job in Canad..when I reach there after 2-3 years???
