So, the 'Nigerian' scam has taken a new course and acquired a Dutch identity together with a new modus operandi.

I remember seeing a CBC program on the "Nigerian Millionaire Scam". They showed a small area in Amsterdam where the black community of refugees lived. There were a number of Internet cafes located there - which were actually enterprising little kisoks for half the world's internet scams !!
They actually traced a man with 3 bodyguards for a meeting but once he knew that he was being secretly filmed he just ran out of the restaurant!!!

But this Lottery scam is something absolutely new - dint hear of it till today. Similarly I hv been plagued through one of my mail IDs for some firm wanting desperately to deliver some $1000 shipment of gifts & asking me to pay for the postage only through CC !
