Well seems some are definitely interested - but is it just to 'time pass' or to seriously gain knowledge?

Next weekend - there is a conflict. I am off to US with my family. Can we keep it the weekend of 9th July? I am serious about this.

As much as I would have liked to do it on 9th - I can't. I am gonna be out of town from 8th till 17th.

Can we in that case keep it in the week of 30th July. 23rd July is CD picnic I think. Plus I have some family engagements. Alternatively weekdays sometime in week of 4th July. Does that sound okay with you.?

Although I'm open for the long wkend, I think a lot of folks will be busy, since US too has a long wkend. I think the best bet would be if we have it on a weekday after work, if that's not too inconvenient for you. You mentioned you're out from the 8th onwards, so that leaves 5th, 6th & 7th. Let's pick one of those dates.

Guys, I do understand some of us may not be able to make it while other would on a particular day, but I guess we'll have to just pick a day and go for it.
