H4U is also again mostly for top of your head & back . Not so much for front & side temples..some growth will be there or atleast the falling will slow down.
But what happens is that the top of your head becomes so thick that , its quite easy to even cover the front of your head & side temples with the same hair ..depending on your hair style..long hair etc.
So even front & side temples , don't become that visible.
