PR Renewal as Accompanying a Canadian category

The following is mentioned in the supporting document list for PR Renewal as "Accompanying a Canadian"

evidence of the residential addresses of the person you are accompanying for the five (5) years before the application (mandatory)

I do not quiet understand this Phrase. Can someone explain this for me

Your Application, say, is dated for tomorrow the 12th September 2013, then they are asking for the addresses of the places from the 13th of September 2008, where ever you were living between these two dates.

The person you were accompanying is your husband. So, it is the address/es of the places where you both lived/living.

Fill in the questionnaires 19, 20, and 21 and the rest of the HISTORY in the form as accurately as possible and the travel history to go with it and submit the form with the fees to the address that they have provided in the form. It also calls for pictures and their sizes are given to you to comply with, so take care of the same.
