I have a quick question as most of you might have read my case .Now,if I have qualified to sponsor my family does that mean my brother who is also included in that application is accepted ?I was worried all this time as he was above 22 years however was in full time school and my father sponsored him for his studies. Can any one of you explain?Or will they now start scrutinizing in India and then say my brother is not eligible?

Thanks for this quick reply. But is there a separate form for it??? Or I can just draft my own letter with amended information on it.

I think a letter should serve the purpose but better to call CIC.

I applied for parents sponsorship in Dec 2009 and received letter in Aug 2013 for more paper work and Option C form to be submitted within 90 days and I did that and in Dec 2013 I received letter that I qualify for the sponsorship and now my file is in Ottawa pilot project and after that I never heard anything else.

Just curious that are they going to contact me now or my parents./

Hi All,

I was wondering if any of you (APPLIED AROUND 2009 LAST QUARTER AND 2010 FIRST QUARTER) got any response after the file has been transferred? I am a little paranoid now as I already missed one communication from CIC(their mistake) I hope this time my father did not miss anything.The last time we got a communication was 2014 Jan 27th from CIC Delhi stating my parents file is now in Delhi.I am not sure when can I expect the next communication.

Anyone ??please?

Check the processing time at CIC Delhi.
