One of my friend booked exam centre to do java certification through online and paid the fee for the exam before a week .
The center offical called just before a day their centre ( Toronto) is closed for that day and informed to reschedule the test to some other day.
However after hectic argument with center official and write the exam in different cnter which is 60 kms away from home and passed the exam .


My friend went through lot of stressand c because of last minute centre change .

Would like to know is there is any way to sue the centre for their negligence in their part?

Its better to forget the pain that your friend got for negligence rather than increase the stress of sueing the centre.

Sometimes our own community people neglects eachother and we do not sue everybody. Nothing comes out od court except loss of money at both parties.
