For the document checklist question below for my parent's immigration, do I need to provide my parent's birth certificate and marriage certificate too??

Submit proof of relationship showing you are the parent or grandparent of your sponsor in Canada, and proof of relationship for any accompanying spouse.

You must provide the following docuemtns for you and your spouse and dependabts:
a.Birth Certificate
b. Legal document showing change in name or birth changes
c.Marriage Certificate
d.National ID's

Should I only provide my Birth certificate ?? and also my Dad and Mom's ??.
What about marriage certificate?

You are required to provide your birth certificate to prove relationship with your parents who you are sponsoring. It is also recommended to provide the copy of the page in your Indian passport (even if you are a Canadian citizen) where it lists your parents names.

Your parents are not required to provide their birth certificates,if they dont have any. They can provide an affidavit stating that their birtth dates in their passports be regarded as official proof. They do have to provide their marriage certificate or an affidavit if that is not available.

Does my Mom has to provide any document that shows name or birth changes?? She changed her last name after marriage.

My Mom does not have any such document of the name change???

Mom's current passport shows the current name.

Any ideas if any document is required?

What is CSQ? answer yes or no? i never applied but form asking what date i applied?,

Need to provide two mailing address label, which address i should print, indian address where my parents live or canadian my address.

CIC asking to start process for police certificate anywhere if my parents live more than 6 month, my parents been in canada as visitor three times. right now still they here as visitor with me. they here last time more than 6 months. do i need to get police certificate in canada too?
