Any one knows about how some one from India (graduating BSW next year) apply for the MSW course at McMaster or any other university? The pre-application form at the university website needs a Canadian address. Anyway to apply for the same from India? Any directions are most appreciated.

Its odd that they do not have possibility of applying from outside of Canada. You could email the registrar and ask him/her how to proceed.
