A lot of developed countries are questioning the value of multiculturalism, Germany being the latest in the line. There are problems stemming from the fact that immigrants have not integrated and accepted the political and social norms of their host country.
So, do you think multiculturalism works in Canada?

As long immigrants try to blend in to main stream and do not try to impose their own culture and traditions upon main stream… multiculturalism is going to work just fine.

By the Way ... I would say job-well-done if India manages to bring Peace & Harmony within India by 2030 rather than worrying about World.
I seriously hope n wish that Indians gets it - they deserve it. So much of struggle n hardship in all these years and still Indians managed to keep India afloat and shining. They deserve much better.

very few people care about cricket. Mindless hitting of the ball, gambling, etc. Big money though for the folks who organize it. That will never be the agent.
Just drive around Mississauga/Brampton/Scarborough/Markham and other GTA suburbs dominated by immgrants.. You will find for yourself whether immigrants have assimilated into Canadian society or not and get the answer to the question

Not a single penny has been spent by government of India on promoting cricket in India while as tons of money was/and is being spent on "other games" ....... inspite of the fact that we have had no returns from them. In the last 60+years that we have been sending "other games" to olympics, we have won what .... 7-8 medals (apart from hockey that is ) !!!!!!
