If anybody is short of few weeks to fulfill the PR condition (730 days out of 5 years) can they travel through train (Amtrak) route to enter easily into Toronto?
How they are checking this for Permanent residents in Canadian entry point when they travel by train to Canada? Anybody has tried?

They ask for passport and PR Card.
If you are only a few weeks short, it shouldn't matter.
However, if you have been away for a long time and are now coming back for good, they may ask a few extra questions.
But a few weeks more or less does not usually matter.

Is there any chance that they will refuse entry and send back to US
if they decide that I lost my PR status?
