Sorry ashedfc in your post you point " a strong CAD is good for exports " firstly your knowledge is too good ,
please clarify with information of your knowledge provider
are the three economies of the world where people do not totally depend on the government for survival, as government everywhere is corrupt. citizens of these countries depend on their hardwork and enterprising skills. rest all the countries/citizens are lazy/spoilt and just help up economically by taxpayer. so i would bet my money on these 3 countries.
