Hello Everybody,
I immigrated to canada from India somewhere in Aug 2006 and in June 2006 i got married and came to Toronto cause of my new Job and in the excitement (nobady belives anyway) i forgot to Inform the cic about the change of stauts and when i landed i did not disclose the status also.
I filed for the family class and they refused the case and when i went for the Interview in cic Delhi they told the marriage is bonafied but there is mis representation so the case is going on.

I want to know from the Board is this possible that now before my admissibility hearing i can go back and apply for the Immigration again, If that is possible then what are the steps involved and How long i have to wait before i apply again (if i have to wait) or it is not possible.

Please guys help me out, i just cant concentrate on anything

I went through this and in any case i have to go back home next month so i contacted some immigration lawyers in toronto.
