does anybody have any ideas of any stuff that I can buy which is reasonable prized - i.e less that 10 bucks for a guy?

In the US, "Illegal Alien" costume was a fad for few days until some "political correctness" gem of a person (group) decided to whine about it and they got pulled out off Target, Walgreen and Walmart.
It shows an orange jumpsuit with an alien face (u know the big green eye types) and a fake big "green" card.
Of course the latinos were furious (wonder why other ethnicities go about minding their business and latinos make it an issue). Maybe it was the big "mexican" looking moustache on one of the costumes... 
I wonder if it is available in Canada?

Be creative..
A friend of mine once wore a plain colour bathrobe and carried a star wars sword toy (i forget what its called now.. "let the force be with you" type) and pretended to be a star wars character. Toy from dollarama.
Or a pirate is really easy too.. dollarama
A ghost.. buy a sheet of white fabric.. cut a hole for your head and drape around you..use some talcum powder on the face and black/dark make up around eyes to look ghostly and ghastly
