Can these two trips be combined into a two - three day drip. are the close by ? Any suggestions for itenarary.

Also, from those who have experienced both the 1000 Islands and Tobemory which did you find better. Just thinking in case we have to choose due to lack of time.

Marineland is in Niagara falls. African Lion Safari is in Hamilton. One day at each place is more than sufficient enough. African Lion Safari at the most half day venture.

Re. itinerary, it depends upon which direction you are driving from. If you are driving from Toronto, go to ALS first, then go to Niagara falls.

Between Tobermory and 1000 island, my vote would be for Tobermory. I got bored on trip to thousand island, as 3 hours out of 4 hours trip is just spent travelling on ferry with nothing to see. So it is basically a 3 hour trip to see one hour of island trip.

Tobermory is a good hiking spot. Not sure what is there to keep kids occupied, if are travelling with kids.

Both Marineland and ALS are one full day trips.
So yes, you can cover both over a 3 day period.
ALS is approx. between Cambridge and Guelph (west of Aberfoyle), not exactly Hamilton.
As Meghal suggested, do ALS first day and ML the next
