I have applied for work permit for canada.
If i come in canada on visitor visa and i have already applied for work-permit than can i work for that employer on visitor visa ?

No...
If you are applying for a visa it does not guarantee you that it will be granted ..Legally you cannot work till u have a permit in hand ..
