Please advice if there is any option to sponser him. If yes, what is it?

2. One of my friend who worked for 12 months in canada on WP and later he gone to india due to his indian company demands.
Now he wants to apply for PR from india.
I know he can apply from there which is not a problem and he is also eligible for that, but my question is...
Due to some problem , his wife put a case on him for divorce and they are going to have first court hearing on 1oth june, which is going to delay for quite some time.
a) So, if he wants to apply for PR now , can he provide his spouse details as well in the application with out her concern?
b) if yes, how can we put her signature in the application?
c) He don't have any of her documents with him , so though she did her B.Tech degree and had working experience , he can't mention in the application as he don't have any documents. Hence i suggested him to mention only 10th standard in the application so that he no need to have any of her degree or employment documents.
Pls advice if i am correct.
d)If yes, is it going to cause any further legal problem as we are going to use her details in our applications which are wrong as well? Pls advice.
e) instead of facing all these issues , you want him to wait till he divorsed which is going to take min of 1 year and he don't want to wait that long as PR process also going to take nearly 1 year. Pls advice.
Thanks in advance. You are really always a well wisher. Thaks again.
