Hmm! Interesting. Let's see the chronology of events on this movie.

Memento - English (source movie)--> Ghajini - Tamil (Copy cat movie with added masala)--> Ghajini - Telugu (Dubbed version of Tamil movie)-->Ghajini - Hindi (Remake version of Tamil/Telugu movie)

Now a case has been filed in HC by KBC Pictures to stay “Ghajini” (Hindi) release on the issue of copyright and remake rights.

Huh!! Copyright and remake rights?!?!?!?! Look who's taking?

Did any one care to realize that the producers of "Memento" had been made a jack ass here? What a bunch of jokers? No where else in the world would anyone file a copyright case on a copycat material.

It’s high time that Hollywood comes down hard on these copycat morons and hit them left, right and center on copyright violations.

Creating controversies helps in increased sales... Apart from that, doubt if there is any other real intention.
