Dear Masood ji
I got a letter from Quebec immigration office hongkong stating that i am not qualified and they have given 60 days notice to submit document allowing them to re-examine my file. and
\" this will be considered a refusal letter unless you act accordingly within the aforesaid delay\"
They also send me point evaluation which is like this
EMP-------------------------30
bachelor3 years-------7
experience-----------5
age--------------------10
Englsih-----------------3
spouse
2edu+1exp+2age
( i have stated that i know basic french which i do and i am doing MBA- graduation in July 2004)
And for Preliminery that have stated---------43
no point for EMP factor
I dont know what to do. need your help pls.
what document i could submit to re-examine my case.

My opinion is that you need to seek advice from an immigration consultant/lawyer without further delay.
The clock is ticking in your case - as soon as the 60 days are up, they will close your case as they have stated in the letter.
Immediately find a lawyer/consultant who routinely deals with Quebec immigration cases and has the required experience to consolidate your case.
