I agree. If you want to ride a bike you must wear a helmet.

Say if someone was riding a bike without a helemt and got into a accident with me and didnt die.
1) The cost to the state to rehabalitate the person will be more as the amount of injuries will be more in most of the cases
2) If it was my fault or if the guy sues me anyway the amount of damages the insurance company will have to pay will be unnecessarily more because he dosent want to wear a helmet.

Using helmet is for to protect yourself from danger. I dont think so any religion will forbid you to protect yourself from a danger. Is it ascribed in any religious book not to wear helmet

Can some one explain me why it is difficult to wear a helmet over a turban?

I have seen all Sikh Cricket Players wearing helmet over the turban, even though it is not a law made by ICC to wear a helmet while batting, so it should be conformable.

there are two types of turban, the smaller ones like harbhajan singh wears , you can wear a helmet over that,

the one that this guy wore, you cannot put helmet

I think this guy should either wear the smaller turban or stop riding motorcycles
