I am planning to move to mississauga soon and would like to know decent / cleaned, appartement around square one area (closed by to indian groceries and restaurants) , I would be very grateful if you guys can suggest me some few of them and the price for one bedroom apt, I would need it for a year till then i will buy a house.

Good Rental Condo-Apartments are situated right near square one called as"Kingsbridge Garden Circle" & "Tucana Court". One bedroom will cost around $ 1000-1300 per month including 5 appliances and all ammenities.

Are you looking for a family dwelling or for a single person? you haven't mentioned that in your post.

Try Hillcrest avenue near Dundas and hurontario st. They have 4buiildings just attached to the cooksville Go station. We really enjoyed our 8 months in this condo building. We used to pay 1 bedroom+den condo, 1175 in 2007.

As per me, this is the best bulding in Mississauga for people working in downtown as the Go train takes you there in just 23 minutes.

Most of these nice 'apartments' being described here are condos and are thus pretty nice. As mentioned, for your rent range 900-1000, you won't get any nice places in Mississauga(at least in the Square One area) and probably not too many other areas either. You can try some of the buildings on shipp drive, etc. but I don't know the prices for those.

if ur looking around you will get a decent one bedroom apartment on rent (875 upwards)

in port credit area and also near the go station ,the apartment we live in

has central heat and ac and parking inclusive and just opposite the public

school ,so in winter no problems in dropping the child to school

its not far from squareone and we have bus no.8 and 19 and also the express

going to squareone,the area is nice and reminds me mostly of mumbai ,where i am from.
