Having listened to all the english radio stations in Canada & even our own radio stations in India, today after reading this thread I thought of tuning to 101.3 FM to try out one of the desi radio station in Canada. Actually I went for a smoke in my afternoon break & in my car I gave it a try. I listened for around 10 mins & believe me I laughed so hard that my stomach started cramping.

Actually some host name Ranvir was distributing some ticket for some Tribute to Kishoreda show & people were calling & the conversation was so funny. I can’t believe it…… They were all acting weird with funny lines & way of talking.

Guy : hello
Ranvir : phone number please …. (don’t really cared of asking what’s your name?)
Guy : hello
Ranvir : what’s your phone number
Guy : Hello… (silence for 5 sec) I am rajinder kaur
Ranvir : What’s your phone number
Guy : 647 --- ----
Ranvir : So you want the tickets, right ?
Guy : Yes, I want 4 tickets, for me, my wife & my two kids ( host was distributing tickets for couple & this guy insisted on giving him 4 tickets)
Ranvir : Ok I will give you. Call 416 --- ---- number & you can get your tickets
Guy : Is there a parking available?
Ranvir : yes there is parking
Guy : where is it ?
Ranvir : it’s right next to the hall
Guy : is it free ?
Ranvir : Yes…. Yes it is free & so we will move to our next caller……..

Ranvir : phone number please…. (to the next caller)
Lady : hehehehehe (the lady was laughing on the phone for around 5-10 secs before saying anything)

Oh god !!!!!

Anyone who is feeling down on a day, should really tune to this station & listen for some time. I bet you will feel good......
