Surgery, Should I inform chc?

Hi all,

Our medical procedure has done in Dec06 and sent passport to CHC.

As per consultation our doctor, my wife needs minor surgery.

Pls tell me that, should I inform to chc in this regards ?

If the medical has been completed, forget it. Do not even think of the communication with these guys, they will make mountain out of the mole.

Some ppl also advised me to go for surgery and forget it.
