Please read posts on this forum regarding peoples' experiences on immigrating to Canada. I am not sure if your degree will even be properly recognized if you do manage to immigrate. I think you will probably have to upgrade your qualifications here quite a bit before you can even think of getting a job.
My impression is that degrees from India don't get you very far in Canada unless you are lucky or have an IT/Computer engineering degree at the very least.
