Since my last post to this thread, I've lost a little more weight and that's due to my getting back into the gym and also watching (more closely than before) what I eat. I'm at 110lbs now and was 125lb when I first made up my mind to lose weight so although it's been slow going, I'm happy with the results so far.

Can you pls elaborate on how can we do chin-ups at home.. you would surely need a metal bar to latch on. This is a great topic, and i am seriously planning on getting some weights from canadian tire to kick start the whole thing..
